3/24/2015 · I’m sure modders could tweak GTA V ‘s aiming , targeting, weapons, and combat system by using files from Max Payne 3, via OpenIV. I hope they do come up this, this game deserve better when it comes to gameplay.

Exactly, it worked fine last night. Not a single issue. It was also occuring before the GTA V AMD driver update. (I just did that an hour ago, but the problems been occuring on/off all day.) I managed to somehow get it to work for a single session by turning Toggle Aim ON then back OFF, but it doesn’t seem to be working now.
